Shipping Policy - the basics

We are a busy working croft and a very small scale business. That being said, our aim is always to package and ship every order as soon as it comes in and we do our very best to do this within a 48h window. Having said that, we are at the hands of the postal service in our area which can often be delayed. We aim for orders to be delivered within 5-7 working days of ordering. Please do get in touch if you feel your order is taking longer than it should though and we will investigate.

Where do we ship?

Anywhere in the UK. We do not charge any extra for Highlands and Islands postcodes! Sorry we can't post internationally as we are just a wee business and not set up for Global domination.
